• Any issue regarding delivery will be entertained up to maximum of 7 days from the actual order delivery date provided that the article(s) being returned for exchange is unused, clean and in its/ their original state and packaging. bosecage will not assume any responsibility or liability and will not entertain any issue or claim, for non-delivery after expiry of aforesaid 7 days’ time period.
  • All articles being returned for exchange/claim must follow bosecage Exchange Policy and is to be accompanied by original Invoice.
  • For exchange or claim it is mandatory to have all exchanges approved by bosecage vide e-mail (customercare@bosecage.com).
  • All shipping charges for exchange should be borne by the customer other than for manufacturing defect.
  • No warranty/guarantee/exchange/refund for articles purchased on discount or during sale period

  • If your order has not yet been shipped, you may request a cancellation. Once approved, the full order amount will be refunded to your original payment method within one (1) working day.
  • If you wish to return a delivered product, you must ship it back to us in unused condition with original packaging. Once the returned item is received and verified by our quality control team, the refund will be processed within two (2) working days.
  • Once initiated, refunds will appear in your account as per your bank/card issuer’s timelines. This may take additional days depending on your payment provider.
